Municipal Waste Collection Services

Rural Waste Management is a locally owned and operated waste collection company serving small communities across West Texas. We understand the unique challenges rural municipalities face — tight budgets, long routes, and limited options from the large national carriers who don't prioritize small towns.
We do.

Built for Small Texas Communities

Our existing service area covers communities including Wall, Eola, Mereta, Vancourt, Paint Rock, Christoval, Knickerbocker, Sherwood, Mertzon, Grape Creek, Water Valley, Carlsbad, and Rowena. We know these roads, these towns, and these residents — because we live here too.

When you contract with Rural Waste Management, you get:

  • Dependable, scheduled collection — we show up when we say we will
  • Direct communication with local ownership — no call centers, no run around
  • Flexible contract terms designed for municipal budgets
  • Honest, transparent pricing with no hidden fees
  • A partner invested in your community's future

What We Do

Services Available to Municipalities

Waste Management services contributes to a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environment, benefiting the community's well-being, promoting economic growth, and safeguarding the natural beauty and resources of the Concho Valley for future generations.

Residential Curbside Collection

Weekly curbside pickup for homes across your municipality. We provide 96-gallon roll-out carts and maintain consistent collection schedules so residents always know when to set out their bins. Dependable service, every week — no surprises.

Commercial Waste Pickup

Flexible pickup frequency for businesses, offices, and commercial properties. We offer 1.5, 3, and 4-yard metal dumpsters sized to fit your operation, with scheduling that keeps your property clean without disrupting your workday.

Route-based Scheduled Service

Every community we serve gets a dedicated route with a fixed collection day. As a municipality, you'll receive a clear service schedule you can publish for residents — and our local team adjusts routes as your community grows.

Bulk Item and Special Collection (by Arrangement)

Need to handle oversized items, cleanup projects, or seasonal community cleanouts? We coordinate bulk pickups on a case-by-case basis to handle what a standard cart can't. Just reach out and we'll work out the details.
